RTA: What was the story in forming the band?
Acid Claw: I (David) began writing music during the pandemic and lockdown 2020, I was really enjoying the music so recruited close friends to form Acid Claw.
RTA: What is the inspiration in your music?
Acid Claw: Our first album “Horror Comic” was mostly inspired by a trauma I (David) suffered and the process of dealing with it was to write music. Our second album that is going to be recorded this August is about life, positivity and overcoming adversity.
RTA: Favorite movie(s)?
Acid Claw: Reanimator, Interstellar, Uncle Buck

Acid Claw: Horror Comic, on all major platforms.
RTA: Any upcoming music releases? When?
Acid Claw: Our second studio album is being recorded this August. Expect black metal, hip hop, surf rock and more….
RTA: What is a venue you always wanted to perform in? Why?
Acid Claw: We would be happy playing any venue big or small if the energy from the audience is buzzing. Download or Resurrection Festivals would be awesome.

Acid Claw: Redeemon, Mr Bungle, Igorrr

Acid Claw: Can you guess which one of us is a baker by trade?
RTA: What is the song of yours that means the most to you?
Acid Claw: The Ballad of Aubergine Man.
RTA: What would be some advice you’d want to tell startup artists just entering the music industry?
Acid Claw: Have fun. Play as many shows as you possibly can.
RTA: What was your most memorable performance?
Acid Claw: Being a new band, we have only played a handful of shows but our debut hometown show was one to remember, the audience created a human pyramid during one of our songs.
RTA: How fun is it to film music videos?
Acid Claw: Great fun, you can get as creative as you like. It’s also a record to keep for the rest of your life. We have 2 official music videos on Youtube.
